1. Delivery Locations

We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time varies by location:

• Tamil Nadu & South India: 2–5 days
• Metro Cities: 3–7 days
• Rest of India: 4–9 days
• Remote/Rural Areas: Additional time may apply

Please note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping during promotions or for minimum order values.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may take a few hours to reflect.

5. Order Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier service issues
• Festivals, strikes, or public holidays
• Incorrect/Incomplete address
• Remote location access

We will support you in coordinating with the courier if needed.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the address or contact details provided are incorrect, delivery may fail.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Package

If you receive a tampered or damaged package, do not accept it.
Take photos/videos and contact us immediately for support.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside India.
