1. No Replacement Policy
Leocub does not provide product replacements for any orders.
All purchases are final, and replacement requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
✅ Damaged Product Received
If your product is damaged during transit, you may apply for a refund after completing the verification process.
❌ Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Ordering the wrong model/size/variant
- Accidental orders/orders placed by mistake
- Disliking the product after use
- Slight colour variations due to lighting or display differences

3. Damage Verification Requirements
To submit a claim for transit damage, customers must provide:
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
- Clear images of the outer packaging and shipping label
- Mandatory uncut unboxing video showing the full opening process from sealed package to product reveal
Claim Time Window
All damage claims must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your claim is approved and return pickup is completed:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
